Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LeadHunter AI (the "Service"), creating an account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account may only be used by one person or organization. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

3.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer both one-time lead packages and monthly subscription plans. Current pricing is available at leadhunter.cybrix.cc/pricing and may be updated with 30 days notice to existing customers. All prices are in USD.

3.2 Free Trial

New users receive 25 free leads. No credit card required for the free tier.

3.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are limited to cases of service failure or billing errors.

3.4 Taxes and Payment

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension. Chargebacks are prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. No Guaranteed Results

LeadHunter AI provides lead generation and outreach assistance on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as meeting bookings, response rates, or revenue generation. All outputs are suggestions that require your review and approval before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or harassment
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in your jurisdiction
• Breach third-party terms of service (LinkedIn, Gmail, CRM platforms)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our security measures
• Upload infringing or malicious content

6. Data & Ownership

6.1 Lead Data

Lead data consists of publicly available information from Apollo.io and other sources. This data is owned by Cybrix and licensed to you for use within the Service.

6.2 Your Data

Content you upload, create, or generate using the Service remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data to deliver the Service.

6.3 Analytics

We may use aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you or your clients.

7. Privacy & Security

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Data retention and export options are available upon request.

8. Third-Party Services

You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms (Gmail, Apollo.io, etc.). We are not liable for third-party outages, changes, or policy violations.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI outputs may contain errors and accuracy is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS (OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach or risk. You may cancel anytime. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it may be deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Current version is always available at leadhunter.cybrix.cc/legal/terms.
